Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or FRM2019 to provide any financial assistance. Insurance and Liability
The Conference organizer shall not be held liable for personal injury or any loss or damage to the belongings of conference participants, either during or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
City transportation / Taxi
There is a good public transport system in Belgrade. Most buses operate until midnight. Tickets can be prepurchased from newsstand or directly in the buses.
Taxis are usually available outside the Hotel.
Approximate price from venue to City centre is 4,00-7,00 euros, per car.

To call Belgrade from abroad please dial the appropriate international code, e.g. 00, then dial the area code for Serbia 381 and the area code for the city (without the initial 0)11. To call a foreign country from Belgrade, please dial the international code 00, then the country area code, the city area code (without 0) and, finally, the telephone number of the subscriber.
The Serbian currency is the Serbian Dinar which comes in denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 and 5000 dinars, as well as coins of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 dinars. Credit cards (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard) are accepted in most shops, and ATMs (ATM) are widely available in downtown Belgrade. You can use Visa, Visa Electron, Plus, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro and Cirrus branded cards to withdraw money from an ATM. Belgrade ATMs require 4-digit pin codes.
As in most cities of continental Europe, the electricity voltage in Belgrade is 220 V. Electrical outlets are standard European.
The time zone in Serbia is Central European Time (CET) (UTC plus 1 hour).
The average daily temperature for this part of Europe reaches its highest for the year in July, topping out at 29°C and can be warm with occasional rain. In the evening and early morning hours, the temperature drop to 15°C.
